Order Processing

Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days after payment is received and verified.

Orders are not processed, shipped, or delivered on weekends or holidays.

During periods of high order volume, processing times may be slightly longer.

Shipping Times

Estimated shipping times:

  • United States: 5–12 business days

  • Canada: 7–15 business days

  • International Orders: 10–20 business days

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method.

Promotional free shipping offers may be available on qualifying orders.

Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing tracking information.

Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking information to become active.

Lost or Stolen Packages

Zen Fitness is not responsible for packages marked as delivered by the carrier.

If you believe your package has been lost or stolen, please contact the shipping carrier directly and then contact our support team for assistance.

Damaged Items

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery and include photos of the damaged item and packaging.

We will work with you to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

International Orders

International customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees that may be charged by their country.

These fees are not included in the product price or shipping cost.
